I can help you with anxiety, stress, chronic illness, depression, self-esteem, grief and bereavement, relationships, and issues related to being a new parent. I have a Master's degree in Health and my interests in mental and physical health come together to help you create life balance and teach you how to put your needs first with regular self-care.
I've worked with youth, university students, athletes, those with cancer, new parents, families, and those with seriously ill children. I can help you learn new ways to cope, get you back on track, and build the life you deserve. I will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what you need to.
