You may be feeling down, lost, confused or upset. Feelings like these let us know that there is something important going on in our lives that needs more care. Often these emotions can be overwhelming. For this reason people can feel isolated or alone which can make finding support difficult. My approach to therapy is to encourage and support you in finding what is needed in your life now. I do this by being genuine, in the moment, and attentive to the individual needs of my clients.
My areas of interest are supporting clients to work through depression, anxiety, anger, self esteem/acceptance, weight issues, life change and stress.
