Whatever may be the reason you are here today; I consider it an honour to listen to your story. My aim to is to create a safe and empathetic space, where we can work together on any challenges that you may be facing. No matter how difficult life may seem right now, therapy can be a place of hope and healing.
In addition to compassion, acceptance, and sensitivity, I offer practical tools that foster change and renewal . I take an integrated approach to therapy, drawing upon various therapeutic theories and modalities, with the intention of serving your own needs and circumstances. These modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
I am a master’s (Candidate) in the Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy program at Martin Luther University College, working towards registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I also hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Swansea University in Wales. Therapy can be provided in both English and Greek.
