We will work together to enable you to recognize and identify patterns of behavior that can pose problems in managing difficult situations and relating effectively to others.
I am offering psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples and families that are looking for a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate space to help them navigate through various challenges and feelings of stress and anxiety, overwhelm or constant worry.
I specialize in relationships, personal boundaries and self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life changes, school or work place stress and guiding people in finding their purpose.
Along with talk therapy, I use a multitude of modalities like mindfulness, inner child work, somatic inquiry, body-psychotherapy, creative visualization, mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (MCBT) and CBT.
