M.A. Candidate, Individual Therapist
As a counsellor, my approach is always client-focused and nonjudgmental, choosing to highlight a client's wholeness rather than focusing on just one part of the picture. I am experienced in working with issues surrounding self-worth, self-esteem, relational issues, cultural issues, and identity. I am also particularly interested in working with BIPOC clients from communities of colour.
Whether using client-centred, evidence-based, or humanistic approaches, my main focus is on developing a strong therapeutic relationship to collaboratively facilitate healing. Self-empowerment is important to me, and is something I aim to actively develop with each of my clients. This is done on equal footing and always puts the clients' needs first.
Having the right connection with your therapist is important, and I would love the opportunity to speak with you and listen to your story. Please reach out if anything in my profile resonated with you. Together, we can build a foundation for growth and positive change.
