Two offices: Woodbine & Danforth (Thursday), Coxwell & Danforth all other days. Both offices are 5 minutes’ walk from TTC stations. There is Green P parking at the Woodbine office and some free street parking at the Coxwell one.

I work with clients on a variety of issues including low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, depression, grief and life transitions. My personal style as a therapist is one of heart centered warmth, compassion, kindness, along with a gentle humor. I use a holistic approach with my clients of talk therapy, emotion focused therapy and body (energy work). I also use mind/body techniques such as guided visualization and mindfulness. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy – in open dialogue we figure out together the best approach to use for my client’s comfort and benefit.
Seeing a therapist and doing the hard work of therapy, takes courage and commitment. I get that. It is my honor to be part of my client’s journey.
