I show up in relationship authentically and with compassion. I provide a safe, non judgemental space, holding your experiences and emotions with the utmost care. Every part of your story is important, and I intend to listen very carefully and thoughtfully.

I am currently a therapist in training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy. My client-led approach is supported by my aim to work through an anti racist, intersectional feminist, anti-oppressive, class-conscious lens. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S community, I take the establishing and sustaining of safer spaces, seriously.
